Jalen SuggsGONZBYU840031.69780029.38
At times this season, Suggs has taken a backseat to either Drew Timme, Corey Kispert or Joel Ayayi - but there’s no denying that the freshman sensation is one of the best talents in all of college basketball right now. Despite the Zags having so much talent on the offensive, Suggs is still capable of putting up 35+ DK points on a regular basis with his high floor of rebounds, assists, defensive stats combined with his pure points scoring. He’s now put up 35+ DK points in three of the last four games and also did it in the first meeting vs. BYU. On this short slate, it might be smart to get multiple Zags in your lineup with the team total and game total notably ahead of everyone else. Pairing with Suggs with either Timme or Kispert will be popular.
Cade CunninghamOKSTKU810034.82800031.68
The potential #1 NBA Draft pick will be a top play on nearly every slate Oklahoma State appears on at this point - and he should be popular on this short slate. In the first meeting vs. Kansas, he anchored OK State’s upset with a stat-stuffing effort of 18 points scored, seven rebounds, three assists, two blocks and 35 DK points. He’s now scored at least 18 points in four straight and put up at least 35 DK points in five of the past seven. Cunningham’s high usage, shot volume and ability to get to the foul line will surely keep his DFS floor high in almost every game. The only worry is his slight struggles on the road compared to at home - but he could also dominate like he did previously vs. KU.
Marcus CarrMINNNEB800035.36
If you’re playing on DK, the argument can be made that Marcus Carr is the best top-tier guard for cash games with the slight savings and better matchup than the guys above him. The Golden Gophers’ point guard bounced back for 34 DK points with 18 points scored and a balanced stat line in the last game - which came after he was held to just six points and less than 20 DK points in the game prior. He should comfortably return his 35 DK point production tonight as he’s been performing notably better at home this season and will now get a pace-boost matchup against a bottom-tier defense in the Big Ten. Expect Carr to strive and anchor your lineups in all formats.
Caleb LoveUNCMIA680021.11500018.73
It’s been an up-and-down season for Caleb Love, but the freshman’s pure talent and potential to get hot makes him a top target tonight. The youngster just went off for 25 points scored and 40 DK points on Saturday vs. Duke and maybe that performance will set him up for more consistent big outings moving forward. Even so, Love still leads UNC in usage rate, shot volume and assist rate during conference play and he’s easily the most talented player for them on offense. The consistency game-to-game makes it tough to fully trust him - but he should have another good showing vs. a subpar Miami defense. He’s still way underpriced on FD and should be popular on that site.

CJ WalkerOSUMD550019.13450017.79
Even though CJ Walker rarely cracks 10 points scored game-to-game right now, he’s still a very good cash value with his ancillary stat production and solidified role in the Buckeyes’ offense. The senior is still coming off the bench but he plays starter-level minutes running the point. It’s encouraging to see him play the bulk of PG minutes as that was his starting role before an injury - but he’s pretty much locked into that spot even though he doesn’t technically start. He’s now put up 20 and 23 DK points over the last two games and will probably return similar value tonight. He’s a big bargain on FD compared to DK.
Bryce WilliamsOKSTKU500018.34490016.86
The Oklahoma State guards not named Cade Cunningham or Isaac Likekele continue to be great values - and Bryce Williams is one that’s still very affordable on both sites. You can also look at Rondel Walker and Avery Anderson as cheap options, but Williams should give you the best bang for your buck. The senior rejoined the starting lineup on Saturday with Matthew-Alexander Moncrieffe out - and that trend may continue with Moncrieffe possibly out again. Even if he comes off the bench, Williams’ three-point shooting matches up well against a Kansas defense that struggles on the perimeter. He had 17 points scored and 28 DK points in the first meeting and that upside is there for tonight.
Kerwin WaltonUNCMIA440012.89410011.34
It seems we say this every time UNC is on the slate, but Kerwin Walton is a solid value play as long as he’s priced below 5k - and we get him at a great discount on both sites tonight. The freshman continues to start and play about 25 minutes per game with a solidified role in this Tar Heels offense. Walton is the team’s best three-point shooter during conference play (47%) and his efficient perimeter scoring continues to give him a decent floor. We can pencil him in for 15-20 DK points and he has upside for more against a Miami defense that struggles defending the deep ball. Walton put up 24 DK points in the first matchup with 3-for-7 three-point shooting - and we can reasonably expect something similar tonight.
Tre' WilliamsMINNNEB40008.33
On the DK slate, Tre’ Williams might be the best value play that’s 4k or cheaper. The sophomore has now started the last two games after coming off the bench for the whole season prior - and this role increase makes him a lot more attractive in DFS. In his first start, he put up 17 DK points and then had 12 DK points last time out. Getting 3-4x for a cheap value like Williams is plenty for cash games if it means you’re paying up for another stud elsewhere. Plus, there’s more upside than usual in a fast-paced matchup vs. Nebraska.
Connor HardingBYUGONZ390014.72440013.57
Obviously people will be targeting the Gonzaga side of this game more heavily, but there isn’t much value on the Zags. Getting some cheap exposure to the slate’s highest total could be key - and BYU has a few of those for tournaments. Harding comes off the bench right now, but he still gets enough playing time to rack up ancillary stats and have value. He’s put up 15-20 DK points in four of the last five games and one of those outings included the odd stat line of zero points scored and 10 rebounds. It isn’t pretty, but getting potentially 4x value from someone this cheap is great value if we can get another stud in the lineup.

Drew TimmeGONZBYU880032.83820031.36
If Gonzaga is on the slate, you can bank on targeting their frontcourt duo heavily in all formats but especially in cash games with expected high ownership. We’ll get to Corey Kispert in a second, but Drew Timme is the price king on both sites and deservedly so. It’s not because he rocks a headband and a Fu Manchu (although that’s awesome), but rather he’s a force in the paint for the Zags high-powered offense. Timme has scored 20 or more points in five of the last seven games and his DFS floor is safe with that high involvement. The only worry is that he only had 20 DK points in the first meeting vs. BYU - but that was an outlier from what he normally does.
Corey KispertGONZBYU830031.74700029.38
Gonzga has studs all over the place and all are in play on this short slate, but Kispert might be the highest-owned among them because of his cheaper price tags - especially on FD at just 7k. The Zags’ sharp-shooter is basically a lock for double-digit points scored and 25+ DK points with upside for a lot more once he gets rolling. We saw him go off 23 points scored and 34 DK points in the first meeting vs. BYU - and he could easily replicate that performance tonight. His DFS production has been slightly down lately against lesser competition, but expect Kispert to be involved in the Zags’ toughest test in a while.
E.J. LiddellOSUMD780029.66750028.23
Outside of the two Gonzaga studs in this position, Liddell will probably be the most popular high-end forward in cash games. The Ohio State big is on a roll with at least 31 DK points in four straight and 20 points scored in three of those. He’s become a clear go-to scorer for the Buckeyes in this recent stretch and he’s taken advantage of some easier matchups too. Tonight, Liddell should easily continue his hot streak against an undersized Maryland frontcourt that’s bad on the offensive boards and struggles against opposing bigs. Liddell should anchor your cash lineups and return 4-5x value even in a slower-paced game.
Liam RobbinsMINNNEB750030.64
Sometimes DFS CBB plays are in such an ideal matchup with massive upside that it would be stupdi to ignore. Liam Robbins is basically that tonight. Nebraska is terrible at rebounding on both ends and has the worst two-point defense in the Big Ten. The Huskers’ fast pace of play and undersized frontcourt both allow opposing big men to have big numbers in this matchup - and Robbins should be the next to go off. The Minnesota 7-footer has proven he can dominate in the right situations with a 40-50 DK point ceiling or higher at times this season. We can pencil him in for at least 30 DK points with his rebounding, shot-blocking and post scoring.
Kalib BooneOKSTKU650019.76520018.47
Who else expected Kalib Boone’s slate-breaking performance from Saturday? The big man went off for 54 DK points thanks to his 22 points scored, 15 rebounds and five blocks as he took full advantage of Matthew-Alexander Moncrieffe’s absence. It’s even more impressive that Boone did that against a strong Texas defense with tons of talent in the frontcourt. It’s possible Moncrieffe is out again tonight - and that raises Boone’s DFS ceiling to a level like we just saw over the weekend. He’s put up 29 or more DK points in four of the last five games as he’s finally starting to play more consistently. Boone is just a boom-or-bust GPP play tonight, though, as the matchup vs. KU is another tough one.

David McCormackKUOKST610023.67630021.92
Can anyone explain how/why David McCormack is so affordable tonight? The Kansas center is on a hot streak lately, averaging 16.7 PPG over the last four games and he’s put up 36 and 28 DK points in the past two outings. The KU offense has revolved around his post scoring more in this recent stretch and that should continue tonight. In the first meeting vs. OK State, McCormack dominated in the paint with his 24 points, 12 boards, three blocks and 49 DK points as the Jayhawks got the road win. McCormack has a clear advantage down low in this matchup as OK State is bad at defensive rebounding and getting shots blocked on offense - both areas that play into his strengths.
Evan BatteyUCOSU590020.68
On the DK slate, Battey may end up being popular in all formats because of how cheap he still is despite some good outings lately. The Colorado big man just scored 21 points and 28 DK points on Saturday and now has 24 or more DK points in five of the last six games as he’s taken advantage of subpar frontcourts in the Pac-12. That should continue against an Oregon State team that’s bad at defensive rebounding and two-point defense - both of which play into Battey’s strengths. Plus, Battey is locked into a safer role with Jabari Walker out - which was evidenced over the weekend.
Caleb LohnerBYUGONZ450016.66450014.93
The BYU rotation is admittedly tough to predict right now with a deep bench and the DFS production spread out. Getting cheap exposure to the highest total on the board could be crucial, though, and Lohner is definitely one of the better floor/ceiling plays from the Cougars. The freshman had been coming off the bench for most of the year before he entered the starting lineup in the last game. Lohner subsequently put up 20 DK points with the expanded role - and it’s the third time he’s gone over 19 DK points in the last five games. In the first matchup, he had 22 DK points with just enough scoring and rebounding to return value. He could easily do that again in a fast-paced game.
Justin AhrensOSUMD420011.442009.98
If you’re familiar with my playbooks, you know Justin Ahrens will continue being a strong value if he’s staying below 5k - which is the case on both sites yet again. The junior is Ohio State’s three-point sharpshooter who’s carved out a solid role of taking 5-6 three’s or more per game - and he’s making nearly 50% of them during conference play. He’s seen more consistent shot volume and usage since becoming a starter for the past seven games, which is unlikely to change with OSU on a winning streak. There’s definite upside for Ahrens at his cheap salaries in a favorable matchup, too, as Maryland’s defense struggles on the perimeter.
