E. Engram - TE
Engram (foot), who has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Eagles, expressed uncertainty about his ability to play again in 2019, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports. "I'm going to try my best [to return] in the final three weeks [of the season]," Engram said.
M. Sanu - WR
Sanu (ankle), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Chiefs, is expected to play, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
J. Edelman - WR
Edelman (shoulder), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Chiefs, is expected to play, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
B. Howell - RB
Howell has been fined for an illegal blindside block on a punt return during last week's win over New England, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.
A. Thielen - WR
Thielen (hamstring), who is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Lions, is not expected to play, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
W. Fuller - WR
Fuller (hamstring), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Broncos, is expected to be inactive for the contest, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Fuller was a limited participant in each of the Texans' practices this week due to the hamstring injury that kept him sidelined between Weeks 8 and 11, but the prevailing thought was that he would be good to go Sunday after suiting up in each of the team's past two contests. Apparently, Fuller was more banged up coming out of the Week 13 win over the Patriots than anticipated, so Houston seems inclined to take a cautious approach with him and keep him inactive for the fourth time this season. Official confirmation on Fuller's status will come 90 minutes prior to the 1 p.m. ET kickoff, but fantasy managers should prepare to have an alternative option on hand for lineups.

J. Jacobs - RB
The Raiders are viewing Jacobs (shoulder), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's tilt with the Titans, as a true game-time decision, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Jacobs revealed earlier this week through social media that he's been battling a fractured plate in his right shoulder since the Oct. 20 game against Green Bay. While the rookie has been plenty effective over the Raiders' subsequent six games (566 total yards, three touchdowns), the injury has limited his practice time and looks like it's becoming more difficult for him to manage. He sat out the Raiders' first two practices of Week 14 before returning in a limited capacity for Friday's walk-through session, rendering him more of a tossup to suit up Sunday than compared to previous weeks. The Raiders will presumably put Jacobs through a pregame workout before revealing whether he'll be active or inactive 90 minutes prior to the 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff.

O. Beckham - WR
Beckham has been playing through a painful sports hernia injury that will necessitate offseason surgery, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Though Beckham hasn't missed a game this season, he's been listed on the injury report ahead of all 13 of the Browns' games to date, though he won't carry a designation into Sunday's game against the Bengals. For the first six weeks, Beckham was listed with a hip injury, and he's been practicing mostly on a limited basis since Week 8 due to a groin issue. Both hip and groin injuries are commonly associated with sports hernias, supporting the notion that he'll need an offseason procedure to address the matter once and for all. For now, Beckham appears poised to tough it out and play in the Browns' final four games of 2019, though it's possible the team exercises more caution with the wideout once it's officially eliminated from playoff contention. Heading into Sunday's game, Beckham has totaled 57 catches for 805 yards and two touchdowns.
