UPDATE --> The NHL has in fact suspended play for the immediate future. There will be NO games played tonight or until the coronavirus is tame.

 

 

As of the Playbook being posted around 1:30 AM ET on Thursday morning, the NHL hasn't cancelled/postponed/suspended any games. The NHL released a statement late Wednesday night stating they would have a further update on their plan of action sometime on Thursday. It would not be remotely shocking to see them follow the NBA's lead and suspend the season or some other similar measure. I'm more than half expecting the research and writeup below for tonight's slate to be in vain, but here it is in the event they do end up playing hockey.
