Player Breakdowns

Please note these players are ranked in order. If a player is not mentioned it doesn’t meant they are a fade.

MVP/CPT

1. Anthony Davis, PF/C LAL – Davis was the highest scorer in Game 1 with 59.25 DK points. With Bam Adebayo doubtful, the Heat will have a more difficult time trying to slow Davis down. He scored 34 points and fell one rebound short of a double-double. The Heat haven't been great at protecting the rim, and Davis will thrive again.

2. LeBron James, PG/SF LAL – James was right behind Davis as the top play on the slate in Game 1. James was one assist short of a triple-double with 25 points, 13 rebounds and nine assists in 36 minutes. James has to do a lot for the Lakers and has a high floor with a threat to triple-double every time out.

3.Jimmy Butler, SG/SF MIA – Butler will have to do a lot more with Goran Dragic and Bam Adebayo doubtful. He had 23 points, five assists, two rebounds and two steals in Game 1 for 37 DK points. Dragic is the leading scorer for the Heat in the postseason. Butler has an increased usage rate of almost four percent without Dragic and Adebayo on the floor. Putting Butler in the captain spot allows you to get in Davis and James with enough cheap value in this game.

Mid-Tier

1. Kendrick Nunn, PG/SG MIA – Nunn will see an increased role without Dragic. He started for most of the season before Dragic became the starter in the postseason. Nunn played 20 minutes in Game 1 and had 18 points and five rebounds and shot 8-for-11 from the field for 28.25 DK points. He averaged 25.7 DK points per game in the regular season. He's an even better value on FanDuel.

2. Kelly Olynyk, PF/C MIA – Olynyk has been a good per-minute player this season. He will likely get the start with Adebayo out. In 18 minutes in Game 1, Olynyk had 19.75 DK points. He should minutes in the mid-20s tonight.

3. Alex Caruso, SG/SF LAL – Caruso has consistently played in the 20-25 minutes range. He's appealing because of the salary savings and many are going to look at all the Heat value. He has at least 20 DK points in the last two games. He had 10 points, four rebounds and two assists in Game 1, shooting 4-for-6 from the field.

Dart Throws

1. Andre Iguodala, SG/SF MIA – The Heat might have to rely on the veteran a little more with the injuries. He played 25 minutes in Game 1 and had seven points, six assists and five rebounds for 24.25 DK points. He had 26.25 DK points in Game 7 against the Celtics.

2. Danny Green, SG/SF LAL – Green is volatile and is preferred is using on DK to the cheaper salary. He's capable of hitting three-pointers and getting some defensive stats as he did in Game 1 with 11 points, four rebounds, three blocks, three-pointers and two steals for 28 DK points.
