Below is a breakdown of Monday’s three-game NHL DFS slate followed by example lineups.

Teams to Target

For a 3 game slate, there is a lot of options. Toronto is the most obvious choice. In the last 2 weeks, they have scored on average 4 goals per game and put nearly 34 shots on net in each of those games as well. I think you can use any of Matthews, Marner, Hyman, Nylander, Barrie, and Sandin. The price on Tavares hasn't sunk to a place where I feel comfortable using a player who has 1 point in his last 5 games. However, this also means he is due, and likely won't be heavily owned so keep that in mind in GPP's. On the other side of that same ice tonight, you have the Panthers. This is a game that is favored to go over 6.5 goals, and the Panthers can score with anyone, in spite of coming off being shutout Saturday afternoon. Their topline should be in play, Huberdeau, Dadonov, and Barkov if healthy. If Barkov isn't playing tonight, I would look to get Trochek in as he is likely to move up to fill in his space, and you will get him at a reasonable cost. As well as using Yandle or Ekblad on defense are useful if to round out your stack. The third team I look to tonight is the Flyers. Detroit is giving up 4 goals per game over the last 2 weeks, and the Flyers have been scoring an equal 4 goals in that same period. I think you can find some value in the Couturier, Farabee stack, or if you're looking to pay up a bit more you can go to Konecny and Giroux, and stacking them with either Niskanen or Proverov.

Value Plays

Matt Niskanen - With 4 points in his last 3 games, you are seeing a big uptick in production from Niskanen. He is still priced at just $3400 on DK and $4700 on FD.

Pavel Bunchnevich - The Zibanejad line has been the hot one lately so getting in on that line for just $4200 on DK or $4500 on FD could have some big upside.

Alexander Kerfoot - Kerfoot has been productive as of late, and his price($3800 on FD and DK), make it easy for you to stack him with Nylander or Tavares.

Goalies

There isn't a lot of safety in goal tonight. I like Elliott against Detroit. He has played well, aside from his performance Friday against the Penguins, and this should be a win for the Flyers. In the more risk spots, I like using Bishop against the Rangers. He is priced modestly, and the Stars don't give up a lot of goals. In a similar vein, Frederik Anderson against the Panthers is an option as well. He is more expensive but has been hot coming off the All-Star break. Both of the last 2 options come with their own amount of risk, as both the Panthers and the Rangers have the talent to blow up even the best of goalies.
